Hi! My name is Jorge and I’m a 32-year-old enthusiastic photographer. I’m originally from Zaragoza, a lovely and lively town in Spain. Since 2006, I’ve lived in France, the UK, Italy and finally in Belgium, where I currently live and work. When I’m not working at my regular day job, I usually spend time reading about photography and travelling, my two great passions.
My interest in photography was sparked off in my childhood, when I used to practice mountain sports and travel with my family and friends. From the beginning, I have always been keen on all photographic genres: portrait, landscape, report, urban… but it wasn’t until 2014 that I discovered one of the more challenging forms of photography: wildlife photography. This genre requires sound technical skills in terms of low light conditions and the need for speed, but also calls for knowledge of the animal’s behaviour to predict its actions.
Since 2006, I’ve travelled and taken pictures in more than 40 countries across the world. Personally, photography means a way of life, expression and travel. With the purpose of sharing all these feelings, in December 2014 I decided to set up this photo-gallery. Hope you enjoy it!
